Valentine’s Day Podcasts & Must Reads

Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope your day is filled with lots of chocolate (& wine of course) and you find time to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you. While this classic hallmark holiday is often portrayed with perfect couples on romantic dinner dates, it’s also a nice reminder to reflect on the love you give to yourself. So, I rounded up some of my favorite podcasts and articles I came across this month that epitomize self-love, motivation, and/or a daily uplift that you may need. I hope you can find something that makes you feel a little more loving today!

This podcast is one of my all time favorites and there is so much great advice in this episode on what success really means.

A great article for our FOMO generation. “Be more selective in what we choose to do … take the liberty to let things go. This is not to say we should never make plans. But we can prioritize better and let go of our fear of missing out”. Read the article here.

This love story is intertwined with a beautiful business (totally my style) they created together. This website has so much decor inspo too!

My favorite blogger sharing the raw truth on body image and health. Check it out here.

Lewis Howes, former pro athlete turned lifestyle coach, has an amazing podcast called The School of Greatness. He launched a Valentine’s Day episode where he discusses relationships with his friend over coffee. Different from his typical episodes! Listen here.

This blog post on seeking progress, not perfection is a reminder I need everyday.

Stop trying to find your soulmate and get real type of article. “It’s easy to think that you need someone else to complete you. But a relationship should always be an enhancement, rather than a necessity”.
